The case of Steve Jobs (Apple) and Bill Gates (Windows) are the most global.
Ambitious in creating added value to their businesses and charismatic to transcend, even the companies they represent, the CEOs have a mission, and many tools with which to accomplish their tasks.
While you can not claim to have almost limitless resources of the characters mentioned above, there are patterns and behaviors that you can copy to implement in your business and achieve mimic part of their business models.
